Reece Bennett
ATTORNEY
Reece Bennett, Attorney at WorkRight Law, brings a rare and powerful combination of academic excellence, blue-collar grit, and championship discipline to his practice. A fierce advocate for working people, Reece understands the challenges employees face from the inside out — having spent a decade on the front lines of the labor movement before ever setting foot in a courtroom.
Before pursuing law, Reece served for ten years as a Union Steward with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. In that role, he was a tireless voice for workers — negotiating on their behalf, defending their rights, and navigating the complexities of labor relations with the same determination he brings to every case today. That real-world experience gives Reece a ground-level understanding of workplace dynamics that few attorneys can match.
Reece’s resolve was forged even earlier — as a professional boxer who captured two amateur national titles an. The mental toughness and strategic thinking required to compete at that level are hallmarks of how he approaches every legal matter: with focus, preparation, and the relentless will to win for his clients.
Reece brought that same drive into the classroom. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine in 2014, before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law in 2020, demonstrating both his command of the law and his skill as an advocate. He is certified by the California State Bar.
Reece’s practice focuses on labor and employment matters, where he puts his deep understanding of worker rights and employer obligations to work every day. Whether advocating for employees who have suffered discrimination, wage violations, wrongful termination, or other workplace injustices, Reece approaches every case with the conviction that working people deserve a powerful ally in their corner.
At WorkRight Law, Reece is committed to the firm’s core belief that justice should be the foundation of every client relationship. He is proud to fight for the people who need it most, in and out of the courtroom.
