Ash Bhargava, Founding Partner of WorkRight Law, brings nearly two decades of dedicated experience in employment litigation.  A fierce and zealous advocate for workers, he has built his career on taking a stand against workplace injustice and holding employers accountable for their actions.

Throughout his career, he has successfully represented both employees and organizations in a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, sexual assault cases, whistleblower protection, and complex wage and hour violations, such as meal and rest break violations, impermissible rounding, and unpaid minimum wage and overtime claims.  His extensive experience includes championing both individual and class action cases in state and federal courts across California and securing significant victories for workers across diverse industries including healthcare, hospitality, transportation, fitness, manufacturing, and retail.

Prior to founding WorkRight Law, Ash was a partner at one of California's largest and most preeminent law firms—ranked in the Am Law 100—wherein he represented some of the most dominant employers in the country and gained valuable insight into corporate litigation strategy, the minefields of insurance carriers and coverage, and how to strategically negotiate effective, robust, and high value resolutions.

Ash’s deep understanding of California and federal employment law, combined with his passion for workplace justice, makes him a powerful ally for workers whose rights have been violated.

Outside of his practice, Ash is committed to educating others about their rights and advocating a fair work environment for all.  He takes pride in providing both the legal expertise and support needed to help workers through difficult times in their employment.
